1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your Knoteseg notebook order to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them:

  • The notebook or planner must be unused, unwritten in, and undamaged.

  • It must be in its original packaging (including shrink wrap or protective sleeves).

  • You must provide the proof of purchase or order number from our official store.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We take quality control seriously, but if your notebook arrives damaged, has printing errors, or if you received the wrong item, we will fix it immediately.

  • For confirmed defective or incorrect items, Nashit LLC will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.

  • Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Instapay, or Cash on Delivery refund methods as applicable).
